Paphos Property
Pafos properties are becoming increasingly more desirable with the implementation of the Euro, in Cyprus, in January 2008. VAT on land is also another issue increasing property prices, in addition to VAT on property, that was added in 2004. Paphos ( Pafos ) is also very popular with British expats and British property buyers.
